How to Create Grade Ranges for Student Results

Setting up grades in your institution is essential, as they determine how student results are generated. Follow the steps below to create grade ranges properly:

Access the Exam Manager

  • Log in to the Admin Panel.
  • Navigate to Exam Manager.
  • Click on Marks, then select Grade Ranges.

Create a New Grade

  • Click on Create Grades to add a new grading scale.
  • You will be required to fill in the following details:
  • Name: The grade label (e.g., A, B, C).
  • Grade Point: The numerical value for the grade (e.g., A = 5).
  • Minimum Percentage: The lowest percentage required for the grade (e.g., 90 for A).
  • Maximum Percentage: The highest percentage for the grade (e.g., 100 for A).
  • Remarks: A brief description (e.g., "Excellent" for A).

Save the Grade

Once all the fields are set according to your institution's grading system, click Save to apply the changes.

Your grading system is now successfully configured and will be used to generate student results accordingly.
