Guide to Exam Records and Marks Entry in Tutelage Manager

To ensure a smooth marks entry process, the exam must be correctly set up in the system. Once this is done, teachers can proceed with inputting marks by following these steps:

Navigate to the Exam Manager via the sidebar.

Click on Marks and then select Mark Entries.

A page will be displayed where you need to:

  • Choose the exam.
  • Select the class and section.
  • Pick the subject(s).
  • Enter the marks accurately, following any system instructions.

After inputting the marks, save the record for that class.

Exam Records Access

Admins have direct access to exam records through the Report section:

Go to the Report section in the sidebar.

Click on Examination Reports to access different record types:

  • Broadsheet – View all subjects and student results at once.
  • Report Card – Access individual student results.

For report cards, you have multiple options:

  • Send results directly to parents via email.
  • Download the report card as a PDF.
  • Publish the results so that parents can download them from their dashboard.

By following these steps, teachers and admins can efficiently manage exam marks and records in Tutelage Manager.
