How to Create and Manage Live Class Rooms in Tutelage Manager

Once you've configured your preferred video conferencing platform in the School Settings, you can begin creating and managing live classrooms for your students.

Step-by-Step Guide to Create a Live Class Room

In the main menu, click on Live Class Rooms.

On the Live Class Rooms page, click the Add Live Class button.

Fill in the required information:

Class & Section

Subject

Start Time & Duration

Select Platform (Zoom or BigBlueButton, based on your setup)

Save the class to schedule it.

Once created, your live class will be visible to assigned teachers and students.

Managing Live Classes

After a live class is created, you can:

Edit class details (time, subject, etc.)

Cancel or reschedule a session

Join the live session directly from the interface (for both students and teachers)

Track participation and session completion

This feature ensures that all live lessons are well-organized and easy to manage from one central location.
