How to Monitor Exam Submissions and Detect Cheating in Tutelage Manager

Tutelage Manager provides powerful tools for administrators to monitor student exam submissions and detect any suspicious behavior during Online CBT exams.

Who Can Access Exam Monitoring?

Only users with Admin privileges can access the submission details and cheating detection reports.

Step-by-Step Guide to Check Exam Submission Details

Navigate to Online CBT from the main menu.

Click on Control Center.

Use the filters to select the relevant:

Class

Exam

Subject

The system will generate a detailed report showing:

Whether the student submitted the exam personally.

If the system detected any cheating attempts or suspicious activity.

The exact time and device used for submission.

Handling Suspected Cheating or Complaints

If a complaint is made regarding a student’s exam submission:

Review the submission report as outlined above.

If the complaint is valid, you have two options:

Retake Exam: Allow the student to attempt the exam again.

Delete Exam Submission: Remove the current submission so the student can take the test afresh.

Monitoring submissions ensures exam integrity and helps maintain a fair testing environment for all students.
