Tutelage Manager allows schools to run live classes through integrated video conferencing platforms. Before you can start hosting live classes, you need to configure your preferred integration in the school settings.
Step 1: Access Live Class Settings
Log in to your Tutelage Manager Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Settings from the sidebar.
Click on School Settings.
Scroll to find Live Class Settings.
Step 2: Choose a Video Conferencing Platform
You will see two configuration options:
Zoom Account Config
BigBlueButton Config
Choose your preferred platform based on your school’s needs.
Step 3: Configure the Selected Platform
For Zoom:
Go to Zoom Developer Portal.
Create or log in to your Zoom account.
Register your app to obtain the:
SDK Client ID
SDK Client Secret
Paste these credentials into the corresponding fields in Zoom Account Config.
For BigBlueButton:
Access your BigBlueButton server or hosting service.
Locate your:
Salt Key
Server Base URL
Enter these values in the BigBlueButton Config section.
Step 4: Save and Start Using Live Classes
Once you’ve filled in the required credentials and saved the settings, your system is ready to manage live classes. You can now schedule and run sessions through the chosen platform directly from Tutelage Manager.
