Setting Up a Result Template in Tutelage Manager

A Result Template in Tutelage Manager allows schools to generate student results in a structured and professional format. Follow these steps to set up a result template for your school.

Step 1: Access the Result Template Section

On the Admin Panel, click on Exam Manager and then select Exam.

Navigate to Result Template and click on it.

Step 2: Download the Sample Result Header/Footer

On the Result Template page, you will see options to Add a Template, View Existing Templates, and Download a Sample Result Header/Footer.

It is advisable to download the sample file to understand the required format.

Step 3: Create a New Result Template

Click on Add Template and fill in the necessary details:

Template Name – Give your template a descriptive name.

Page Layout – Select a suitable page format.

User Photo Size – Set it to 120 for optimal visibility.

Layout Spacing – Set it to 15px for uniform spacing, or adjust as needed.

Theme Color – Choose a lighter color as deep colors are not allowed.

Step 4: Upload Required Assets

If you want to include signatures on the result, upload the following:

Director’s Signature

Head Teacher/Principal’s Signature

Form/Class Teacher’s Signature

Upload your school logo to be displayed on the result.

If you want a background image, upload it; otherwise, leave it blank.

Step 5: Customize the Header Content

Open the sample PDF file you downloaded and copy the header content.

In the app, click on Code View in the header section and paste the copied content.

Exit Code View and adjust the colors to match your chosen theme.

Step 6: Customize the Footer Content

Open the sample PDF file and copy the footer content.

Paste it in the Code View of the footer section.

Toggle the view, remove any unnecessary content, or add additional details as required.

Step 7: Enable or Disable Additional Features

You can choose to turn on or off the following result components:

Affective Domain

Attendance Percentage

Grading Scale

Position

Cumulative Average

Class Average

Subject Position

Remarks

Final Result

Step 8: Save and Apply the Template

Once all settings are configured, save the template.

The result template will now be used for the selected sections or classes.

If you need a different result format, create a new template to suit your specific requirements.

By following these steps, you can efficiently set up a customized result template in Tutelage Manager, ensuring professional and well-structured student result generation.
